As the gift that is 2020 keeps on "giving", there is more bad news to report. Cody Johnson has officially canceled his concert scheduled for January 8, 2021, at the Raising Canes River Center in Baton Rouge.

The Cody Johnson & Friends tour date was originally scheduled for August 21, 2020, but that got postponed due to the pandemic. He gave it the ole college try and moved that date to January 8th, but that appears too soon for an indoor concert.

But, this time, instead of moving the date again, Cody and his team have decided to just go ahead and cancel it altogether.

If you have tickets for this show, you'll be able to get a full refund if you haven't done so already.

Cody posted on Facebook about the cancellation along with important ticket refund information.

As of now, the next concert on Cody Johnson's schedule is May 29 in New Braunfels, Texas.

In the meantime, you can check out Cody's brand new (and epic) music video for his song "Dear Rodeo" which now features Reba McEntire.
