Concert Lawsuit May Include Sugarland

When the stage collapsed at the Indiana State Fair on Aug 13, I'm sure the last thing on Jennifer Nettles' and Kristian Bush's minds was a lawsuit. But here they come. Under Indiana law, defendants, or victims, have 270 days to file a tort claim, and Sugarland might very well be on the wrong end of a lawsuit.
