Divorce is never easy, and that is especially true if you are in the public eye. Dixie Chicks lead singer Natalie Maines, and her soon to be ex husband, actor Adrian Pasdar, are battling it out in court over a pre nup that involves millions of dollars.

The pre nuptial agreement in 2000 called for neither to receive spousal support, but Pasdar's attorney calls that 'unconscionable' because the singer makes so much more money than the actor. Each party gets to keep the property they owned before the marriage, and any royalties derived from Maines singing career, or Pasdar's acting career, remain separate

Maines is accusing her ex of trying to drag out the divorce process, and therefore making her spend excessive amounts of money to get the situation resolved. She wants him to turn over documents, and sign papers that validate their pre nup agreement. Read more about the contentious situation from The Blast.
