Drunk Driver Caught On Camera [Video]

Drunk drivers, they are one of my biggest fears. Coming to work when I do , 1:30 in the morning, there are two kinds of drivers on the road. Those that have to be awake and are working and those that are just wrapping up a night in the bars.

Law enforcement, club owners, bartenders and good friends do their best to not let friends get behind the wheel while intoxicated but it still happens.

What steps should you take if you suspect someone is unable to operate a motor vehicle safely?
