Drunk Driver Flees Police, Hides in Tree, Thinks He’s an Owl

On Friday night, a state trooper in Massachusetts saw 37-year-old Troy Prockett of Hudson, Massachusetts swerving like crazy in his Nissan Maxima. Then Troy's Maxima abruptly met up with a snow bank and he got out and fled.

So the trooper took off after him, and after about an hour, cops found him 30 feet up in a tree. They yelled for him. His response? "I'm an owl."

For some reason, the police didn't actually think Troy was indeed a real owl.

They ended up having to call in the fire department to bring in their bucket truck. And we'll be darned, it was Troy up in that tree after all!

He was arrested and hit with several charges including driving drunk, resisting arrest, and fleeing the scene.
