Another member of the Robertson family is getting hitched. Rebecca Lo Robertson got engaged to her boyfriend of one year, John Reed Loflin.

John Reed popped the question last week in Perdido Key, Florida, where his family owns a condo.

27-year-old Rebecca shared some of the highlights with Entertainment Tonight on how the sweet surprise went down.

"We go pretty often, and one of our favorite things to do at the beach is to go treasure hunting -- aka looking for shells, and we keep score, too! -- so we went on what I thought was our typical treasure hunt around sunset," she told ET. "I was determined to find the best shell that day! We had been walking for about an hour, and I saw this beautiful swirly shell hidden in the sand -- and the ring was also hiding in there!"

"He got on his one knee, pulled the ring out and said, 'I wanna spend the rest of my life with you. Will you spend the rest of your life with me?'" she continued. "Then I said yes! I cried, and he said he teared up 'a little.'"

On Friday, Rebecca posted a scrapbook doodle of the proposal on Instagram, complete with "I'm [the] future Mrs. Loflin," "OMG" spelled out with a diamond ring and "2016 our story starts here."

Rebecca, who was born in Taiwan and now runs the family's flagship Duck & Dressing store in Monroe, joined the Robertson family in 2004 at age 16 after coming to the United States as a foreign exchange student. Now she is Willie and Korie Robertson's foster daughter and one of the couple's five children.
