As more and more Mardi Gras festivities fall victim to the pandemic, another Acadiana area tradition has fallen. According to our media partners at KATC-TV3, Eunice has canceled its Mardi Gras parade but as of now, the chickens will still run.

Now, KATC-TV3 is reporting that Eunice will no longer have its parade. The good news is that, as of now, the beloved chicken run is still slated to happen.

The 'Le Vieux Mardi Gras De Cajuns de Eunice, La' Facebook page posted rules and regulations for this year's chicken run, which you can see below.

They have also posted online registration information, which you can see below.
