Farmers & Artisans Market Kicks Off at the Horse Farm on Saturday, June 1

We've been waiting for it and the time is finally here -- the Lafayette Farmers & Artisans Market at the Horse Farm!

Saturday morning (June 1) at 8:00am we officially get things open for business. The public is invited to come out and shop the wonderful assortment of fresh items. From fresh local vegetables to fresh gulf fish to fresh local meat and dairy, the market will help supply nutritious affordable local food to the community.

There will also be several artisan booths displaying and selling an assortment of locally produced items.

The best part of it all is that it's free and at The Horse Farm, which is soon to be one of Lafayette's newest crown jewels.
