Florida Georgia Line’s ‘Blessings’ Music Video Keeps it All in the Family [WATCH]
Florida Georgia Line invite their fan base in for a homey, low-key family get-together in the music video for their current single, "Blessings." In the clip, the group's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley offer up a little slice of life at home, whether that be on a Florida beach or in Nashville in the fall.
Directed by Justin Clough, the video also includes scenes of the duo roaming around Arizon's Lost Dutchman State Park, which were filmed during this year's Can't Say I Ain't Country Tour. However, the core of the video treatment is family, as evidenced by appearances from the bandmates' wives, children, parents and even dogs. Press play above to watch!
In keeping with the song's themes of gratitude, the music video for "Blessings" culminates around a family dinner table. A toddler pets a golden retriever, a baby sits in a bassinet and multiple generations gather together for a meal, talking and laughing. According to a press release, the timing of the music video's release lends even greater significance to its meaning: The clip came out on Dec. 4, seven years to the day after Florida Georgia Line released their studio debut, Here's to the Good Times.
FGL continue to celebrate gratitude by giving back over the course of the holiday season. They recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville to helm a toy drive, and will be collecting new, unwrapped children's toys and art supplies through Dec. 18. Those wishing to participate in the drive can drop off donations at the pair's Nashville event and meet and greet space.
