Fund Set Up For Baton Rouge Police And Their Families

In the wake of the events in Baton Rouge yesterday, many are looking for ways to help those affected. The Community Foundation of Acadiana has established the 'In The Line of Duty' fund to help the families of slain police officers Montrell Jackson and Matthew Gerald and those police injured in the attack. From the Foundation's site:

Community Foundation of Acadiana will work closely with the Baton Rouge Police Department and the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office to distribute 100% of the funds received to the officers and families affected by this tragic shooting.
