It's been no secret that Country Music Hall of Fame member Glen Campbell has been suffering with Alzheimer's Disease, and now a documentary about his life will hopefully help others with this hideous disease. The film will be unveiled July 25 in New York at Music Cures, a fundraiser staged by The Kaneff Foundation for the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation.

From USA TODAY: James Keach, producer of the Oscar-winning 2005 Walk the Line biopic about Johnny Cash, will introduce, via a pre-taped message, a clip of his unfinished Campbell chronicle. He has pared roughly 5,000 hours of footage to five and plans a two-hour commercial release for this fall.

Campbell's children, Ashley and Shannon Campbell, will open the event with their band Victoria Ghost. A guitar autographed by Campbell will be auctioned.
