Gretchen Wilson Arrested in Connecticut After Disturbance on Flight
Country singer Gretchen Wilson was arrested in Connecticut on Tuesday after becoming belligerent with police at an airport.
It was reported that the Connecticut State Police were called to Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks to address a minor disturbance on an incoming flight.
Authorities say Wilson became belligerent during an interview on the runway. She was then arrested and charged with breach of peace.
Wilson was booked on a $1,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
Gretchen Wilson is best known for her 2004 hit "Redneck Woman".
