Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2012

The new honorees of the 2012 class of the "Hollywood Walk of Fame" include  Helen Mirren, Jennifer Hudson, James Franco, the Backstreet Boys, Javier Bardem, Viola Davis, Simon Baker, Bryan Cranston, Jane Lynch, Katey Segal, Matthew Perry, Ellen DeGeneres and Olympia Dukakis; performers Penn & Teller; makeup artist Rick Baker; filmmaker Ron Howard; radio personalities Steve Harvey and "Shotgun" Tom Kelly; and musicians Jane's Addiction, Janis Joplin, Usher, Thalia and Luther Vandross.

As far as I can tell, our only Louisiana connection is Ellen DeGeneres, but congrats to all who will soon be able to push their hands into the cement on Hollywood Blvd, and be immortalized for their contributions to the arts!
