Iberia Schools – Students May Switch from Virtual Learning
It is hard to make black and white decisions in a world that is for the most part gray. That sure seems to be the scenario that all of Louisiana's school systems are facing regarding the return to class this fall. One such school system, the Iberia Parish Schools, is now offering parents the opportunity to switch how their child is being educated. But the opportunity is for a limited time only.
Parents who initially signed their children up for virtual learning only will have a one week window to either switch their kids to in-person classes or a hybrid schedule that includes both in-person and virtual instruction.
The Iberia Parish School District is giving parents the opportunity to change their minds after many have expressed concerns with issues and challenges with virtual learning. The window to change your child's schedule will open on Friday and will remain open for one week.
So, now is the time to reach out and ask your questions to those involved in the educational process of your child. Choose the option that is best for you and your family and then move forward.
