Lake Charles Man Makes Hilarious Attempt To Sell His Home

The real estate market is a tough cookie to crack right now with the price of living, housing cost, interest rates, and more... But, this Lake Charles man took a different approach to selling his home and made a video. By the way, it's HILARIOUS!

Dakota Harp and his wife Lodden are the owners of Certain Marketing... They knew exactly what to do When they talked about putting their house on the market.

The home is located at 3625 Salene Road in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and is a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath on .25 acres of land. It would be an excellent starter home for a new couple looking to buy their first home.

During the video, Dakota Har, the owner of the property, brings viewers on a tour of the home while dropping in some FANTASTIC one-liners in the process.

My personal favorite line is when Dakota mentions the mountain of laundry that he piles up in the bedroom and he states, "It is a wonder my wife hasn't left me"
