And just like that, Garth Brooks is off and running on his Blame It All On My Roots Tour. The trek kicked off in Indianapolis on Thursday (Aug. 20) with a setlist stacked with his biggest hits and several fan favorites.

Garth Brooks' Blame It All On My Roots Tour Stops

While a complete list of tour stops for Brooks' tour has yet to be revealed, he has announced a handful of cities he'll be camping out in this year.

So far, he's averaging four shows in each city, beginning with four days in Indianapolis, Ind.

From there he will move to three days and four shows in Denver, Colo., four days in Chicago, Ill., and two dates in Washington, D.C. It's very likely he will add two more shows to his stay in D.C.

Here are all of the shows that have been announced so far:

Aug. 20-23 Indianapolis, Ind. @ Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Sept. 4-6 Denver, Colo. @ Ball Arena
Sept. 10-13 Chicago, Ill. @ Allstate Arena
Sept. 18-19 Washington, D.C. @ Capital One Arena

To put it simply, Brooks is committed to staying in a city as long as the tickets are selling. It's the same strategy he implemented on his World Tour in 2014.

That tour lasted three years as he made his return from a 13-year hiatus.

What Can Fans Expect at Garth Brooks' Shows This Year?

Similar to his last World Tour, the country veteran is bringing back his signature in-the-round setup with the drum pod that made his 1990s shows a staple in country music. His tour won't be making stops at any stadiums as Brooks likes the intimate environment that an arena creates.

Brooks is also keeping ticket prices low. In an effort to give everyone a great seat at a great price. All tickets are on sale for $154 — that includes every seat from the floor to the nosebleeds.
