FBI Needs Help Identifying John Doe 47 to Find Child Victim
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who they say might have information they need to track down a child victim. They have an ongoing sexual exploitation case.
This is another part of the ECAP program that attempts to identify people who are involved in harming children and producing child pornography.
The FBI states on their website,
ECAP seeks national and international exposure of unknown adults (referred to as John/Jane Does) whose faces and/or distinguishing characteristics are visible in child pornography images.
ECAP stands for Endangered Child Alert Program. The whole purpose of this program is to be able to identify child victims. FBI officials hope you will look at these pictures.
