Lafayette Police Searching for Man Who Stole Over $1,000 Worth of Cologne from Store

Lafayette authorities are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect involved in a high-value theft at a local Ulta Beauty store in Lafayette. Lafayette Crime Stoppers, in collaboration with the Lafayette Police Department, is calling on the public to assist in identifying the individual responsible for the theft of over $1,000 worth of cologne.

On January 24, 2024, surveillance footage captured a subject entering the Ulta Beauty outlet on Louisiana Avenue. The individual is accused of stealing eight bottles of cologne, collectively valued at $1,014, before fleeing the premises.

Lafayette Crime Stoppers has released images of the suspect in hopes that members of the community can provide any information leading to their identification. Police are urging anyone with knowledge of the suspect's identity to come forward.
