Japanese Students Grow Chicken Outside Of Egg In Cellophane [Video]
These Japanese high school students are the first to ever hatch a chicken outside of it's eggshell.
By stretching cellophane, putting it into a cup, and cracking an egg into it, they were able to successfully incubate the eggs, and see the entire process as it happened.
After only three days, you can clearly see the heart has formed, and is beating.
You might learn a few things along the way, as the video pauses to quiz you on what part of the egg becomes the chicken.
In a total of 21 days, a chick is born without the shell of an egg. You even get to see the little chick running around the classroom!
