Singer Jessica Simpson and former NFL football player Eric Johnson got married on Saturday at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.

The couple released a statement saying, "We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment. To say 'I do' in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives."

The couple got engaged in 2010 but decided they'd have two kids before making things official.

The kids were indeed part of the ceremony. Their 1-year-old son Ace was the ring bearer, and their 2-year-old daughter Maxwell was the flower girl. She was accompanied down the aisle by Jessica's sister Ashlee's 5-year-old son Bronx.

And what's a good celebrity wedding without some celebrity friends in attendance? Well, not a good one at all.

So, amongst the guests included Donald Faison from "Scrubs" (he's married to Jessica's friend CaCee Cobb), Jessica Alba and her husband, and Topher Grace.

No word if any of Eric's former teammates were in attendance. (He actually played for the Saints in 2007.)

This is the second marriage for both. Jessica was married to pop singer Nick Lachey from 2002-2006. Eric got hitched in 2005 to a Keri Johnson.
