Teen idol Justin Bieber had George Bush moment on stage at concert in Arizona. As you can see everything looked okay and then it was time to call Ralph. Speculation has already been swirling on the internet as to what sort of ailment the young singer might be dealing with.

Some reports say it is a simple case of a stomach virus and the singer was doing his best not to let his fans down. Others are saying the case of extreme upset stomach might have been self induced. Rumors were circulating that the backstage area of the concert venue was awash with booze.

I am sure since Justin Bieber's health is a bigger issue than any other our country is facing we will be hearing an awful lot more about it. Personally I admire the guy for taking the stage knowing he was sick. That's what it's all about, taking care of the fans first.
