Justin Moore’s Story About a Late Night With a Rapping Legend Is Downright Hysterical
Justin Moore has many friends in the music industry, but you probably wouldn't guess one of them is rapping legend Snoop Dogg.
"We happened to be the last two guys in the locker room after (playing in) the (Celebrity All-Star baseball) game to get our regular clothes back on and we were just kind of talking back and forth," Moore recalls in an interview on Taste of Country Nights about the encounter, which took place a few years back. "He was a super nice guy."

Their conversation led to Snoop Dogg asking "The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home" hitmaker to attend his show later that night.
"He said he would go on at 2:30AM," Moore recalls, laughing. "If country did that, I wouldn't make it. But Snoop Dogg personally invited me to his show and he's going to leave me tickets, so there is no way I can't show up."
So Moore — decked out in his snakeskin boots — headed to Snoop's show and hung out with the rapper until seven in the morning. And while this friendship only lasted one night ("I have not seen him since"), it gave Moore quite the memory.
"So many things like that have happened throughout the years in this business where you go, 'How in the world did I end up here at this time doing this?'" the country star admits. "It’s just really cool experiences that will be great stories when we are sitting in our rocking chair on the porch."
