I am all for journalists digging deep to get a story. I don't like this kind of journalism though. A reporter for  News International has allegedly hacked into to Kate Middleton, now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, personal telephone and financial accounts. The company that did the hacking  is owned by  Rupert Murdoch the same guy that owns Fox and Fox News.

It's one thing to go digging through people's trash or even paying friends and former lovers for information but to break in to another persons personal telephone and financial records? That is wrong on so many different levels.  I think that is taking it way too far.

I do hope the British police will get involved and put this reporter Jonathon Rees behind bars. It's not like this is the first time he's done this kind of thing to get information, he's allegedly broken into former British Prime Minister Tony Blair's accounts, as well as accounts that belong to Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton and George Michael.

What do you think about this? Just because someone is famous should they have no privacy at all?
