Country music star Josh Kelley, and his wife-actress Katherine Heigl- are "Mom and Dad" for the second time. The couple, already parents to 3-year-old daughter Naleigh – whom they adopted from South Korea — have welcomed a second little girl. Josh is the brother of Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley-who is now an uncle for the second time. Congrats to the newly expanded family from 97.3 the DAWG!
