Lafayette Police Will Have A Sobriety Checkpoint Friday

Impaired drivers need to be aware that Lafayette Police will be looking for you.

On Friday night, officers of the Lafayette Police Department will be having a sobriety checkpoint.

The checkpoint will start at 9 o'clock Friday night, and it will wrap up Saturday morning at 3 o'clock.

As they always do, officers working this checkpoint will respond with zero tolerance to any impaired drivers that they find.

Have a plan before you leave home that a designated, non-drink driver will drive you.
