Lineup Revealed for 97.3 The Dawg’s 2025 Holiday Hangover Show
The big reveal for 97.3 The Dawg's 6th annual Holiday Hangover Show is finally here.
Of course, this is the concert where we bring you some of the hottest, rising new artists from Nashville and they play in an intimate, acoustic setting.
This year's lineup features three amazingly talented new country artists and an equally fantastic set of three acts from the Acadiana area.
The show will take place at Rock ‘n Bowl de Lafayette on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
The headliners for next year's show will include Josh Ross, John Morgan, and Kelsey Hart.
Josh Ross is one of Nashville's most promising singer-songwriter performers. The 28-year-old Canadian is moving up the country charts with his latest single "Single Again."
John Morgan is out supporting his debut single, "Friends Like That," which features country superstar Jason Aldean.
The Sylva, North Carolina is very thankful for his friendship with Aldean. He has eight cuts on the star's Macon, Georgia album, including three of its singles, "If I Didn't Love You," "Trouble with a Heartbreak," and "That's What Tequila Does."
Kelsey Hart has been songwriting for years and signed a record deal with Curb Records in early 2023.
The Kentucky native released his debut single, "Life With You," and it's currently screaming up the country charts. The song is off his debut studio album, which was released on May 31, 2024.
Hart also made his Grand Ole Opry debut back in June of this year.
The opening acts for the 2025 Holiday Hangover Show are no slackers either. Beau Young, James Dupré, and Gage Myers will be starting the party.
Each of these great entertainers has years on stage in the Acadiana region and nationally.
James Dupré, a Bayou Chicot native, appeared in Season 9 of NBC's The Voice. In addition to his shows, he is the featured vocalist for "The More Life Tour w/Randy Travis," which features the legendary country singer's backing band, all of his music, and Travis himself.
Beau Young, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, is a native of Abbeville who's been making music and performing in south Louisiana for years. He currently fronts his band, The Beau Young Band, and they're heavily emersed in the local live music scene, performing at festivals, clubs, weddings, Mardi Gras Balls, and more.
Gage Myers is a native of Midland and has really started to make a name for himself in the Acadiana area. His new single, "Drowning in the Whiskey," is out now and you can currently hear it on 97.3 The Dawg's Bayou Country Show.
