When it comes to having a baby, one study shows Louisiana as being the 7th worst state to have a baby! Why is it so bad to have babies in Louisiana? I'll give you three guesses as to what state ranked last overall.

wallethub.com says Louisiana ranks so low because of unsatisfactory scores in areas like infant death rate, low birth weight, preterm births, baby health care and more.
