There have been reports that singer Michael Bublé's son is now cancer-free.

You may recall that in November the Bublé family posted on Michael's Facebook page that their oldest son Noah was battling cancer. It is understood that in particular it is liver cancer.

An Argentinian journalist says he was told by Noah Bublé's aunt: "The cancer has gone."

The journalist, Tomas Dente, said Daniela Lopliatio (Michael Bublé's sister-in-law) sent him the message after he contacted her to check out reports that the three-year-old was recovering from treatment from liver cancer.

Not wanting to misconstrue any of the comments, Dente read verbatum on-air the message he received from Lopliatio. "She tells me, 'Yes, Noah is recovering and we're happy that's the case.'"

This has apparently caused a bit of a stir in South America as this news has not been confirmed by Michael and his wife. The sister-in-law has since retracted a bit.

She tweeted: "Don't use my name in the media with information and things that I haven't said. Noah is doing well and his parents will speak when they want to."

It is thought that Noah started four months of chemotherapy back in November at a clinic in Los Angeles. The treatment was reportedly do reduce the size of his tumor before its removal.

Bublé, 41, pulled out of work commitments after getting the devastating news.

Whether this latest news is true or not, the good news is that it has been claimed that Noah has a 90% chance of beating his cancer.
