Tomorrow is of course Father's Day. While I was helping out Michael Scott yesterday think of songs to feature on his Country Common game, I made a surprising realization -- there's a whole lot more songs about dad than I thought.

Usually you wonderful moms get the lion's share of the love when it comes to, well, everything, and rightfully so. But I just assumed there were more songs about those special ladies than us get-it-right-sometimes and try-to-stay-out-of-the-way-the-other-times fellas!

All kidding aside, there are a lot of really good songs for daddies. A lot of angles are covered too -- dad's who've done great in raising their kids, dads who are looking for advice from their dad's, daddies who just don't want their knuckleheads to make the mistakes they made, then there are songs about step-dads ("He Didn't Have to Be" - Brad Paisley), ones of fathers who've passed and even some about not really knowing the man your dad really was ("The Greatest Man I Never Knew" - Reba).

Whatever your unique situation, I bet there's a country song that you can relate to and appreciate. Perhaps it's one on my list.

Here are five of my favorite songs for Father's Day. I hope wherever your dad is, you get to spend some time with him tomorrow, either physically or spiritually.

Happy Father's Day!

George Strait - Love Without End, Amen

Paul Overstreet - Seein' My Father in Me

Rodney Atkins - Watching You

Ricky Van Shelton - Keep it Between the Lines

Conway Twitty - That's My Job
