A mysterious “Horned” sea monster has washed ashore in Spain and it has people baffled. We’ve all seen the pictures of other creatures that have washed up on beaches around the world, and the true identity of what they were has been figured out. But, seriously, what IS THIS THING? This thing stretches 13 feet and has some strange horns or something sticking out of it.
