According to WBRZ, one person was found dead in a pile of vehicles that flooded during Monday's rainstorms in Baton Rouge.

While most drivers were able to leave their vehicles behind to seek higher ground, but one man wasn't fortunate enough to escape the floodwaters alive.

The WBRZ report says the man was not able to be identified at this time, but the "cluster of abandoned vehicles" could have possibly been a factor in his inability to escape.

Ironically, an earlier report described the cars as a "graveyard of abandoned vehicles" due to the flooding.
