Remember this Game Show?

Because I don't! I can't think of the Name of this Game, but here is how you played. Contestants were asked to guess the answer to a question that was based on a survey. The other contestant then had to predict whether the actual answer was higher or lower than the first contestants prediction. If the second contestants prediction was correct they got a playing card added to their tray. I'm not sure what they were trying to do with the playing cards, maybe make 21 or something. Do you remember this TV Game Show? It would have been on the air in the 1980's.
