Acadiana's own Hunter Hayes is nominated for best country solo performance for "Invisible" at the 57th annual Grammy Awards, and we couldn't be more thrilled for our home town boy! Hunter has partnered up with Whirlpool to bring light to one of Louisiana's most beloved songs - the classic tune from Governor Jimmie Davis - 'You Are My Sunshine' Hunter wants to invite people to film themselves singing, humming or playing" You Are My Sunshine" and dedicate it to someone whose care and kindness they believe deserve some 'sunshine'! This is awesome! You have until 11:49 p.m. EST on Jan. 25 to submit your video and dedication to Whirlpool.com.
