St.Jude Dream Home Given Away Today

It was a very cold windy morning earlier this year when I, along with about two dozen other compassionate people, broke ground on this years St Jude Acadiana Dream home.

From what was once an empty patch of land the builders of McClain Homes and the legions of loving contributors have constructed an amazing showplace. The St Jude Acadiana Dream home is valued at 475-Thousand dollars and it could be yours for the low price of $100.

The house along with 19 other incredible prizes will be given away this afternoon in a special TV event on KATC TV 3. The tele-event begins at 1pm with Tracy Wirtz as your host, I, Bruce Mikells will be handling the  phone bank duties and Stephanie Crist and Dave Baker will be onsite at the Dream Home location in Grande Point subdivision.
