Breaking News, according to Nick Underhill of NOF Network the New Orleans Saints have finally gotten rid of wide receiver Tre'Quan Smith.

For the past two seasons, the New Orleans Saints have been plagued with injuries. This season fans were hopeful that the Saints could overcome the injury bug and use their easy schedule to walk into the playoffs. Well, the season hasn't even begun and the Saints are riddled with multiple injuries to a multitude of players both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball.

With their playoff hopes hanging in the balance, the Saints are hoping to get a few key players back from injury Sunday against the Falcons.

All three return to practice, and the team can activate any of them to the active roster anytime over the next three weeks.

Unfortunately, two more Saints starters were added to today's injury report.
