Tim McGraw Back In Court Over Record Deal

Tim McGraw and his wife Faith Hill were in a chancery court in Nashville earlier today to hear arguments about his ongoing lawsuit against his record label Curb Records. The label claims that Tim breached his 1997 contract by releasing an album too soon- "Emotional Traffic" has yet to be released.

This has been an ongoing dispute for years. My thoughts on this are...why would you want someone on your label roster that doesn't want to be there? Just sayin'
