You see it every Halloween. Someone leaves a bowl of candy out for trick or treaters with a note saying something like "Happy Halloween! Please help yourself, but be considerate of others". It's actually a great opportunity for parents to teach their kids the value of honesty and to be considerate of others. Then someone like THIS guy comes along.
