Just as video surfaced of comedian Andy Dick's brutal assault this past weekend in New Orleans, news has also just been released that a suspect has been arrested.

As you'll see in the video below, Andy Dick is walking outside of a bar in New Orleans when he is viciously punched in the face. He never saw it coming.

According to wdsu.com, the NOPD has arrested David Hale earlier this morning Wednesday after a tip was called into Crimestoppers.

Hale was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center under suspicion of second-degree battery and simple battery.
