You Can Run Festival International

By run we mean you can run the 5k Courir de Festival, you didn't think we were going to hand you the controls did you? The Courir de Festival registration is underway right now. You don't have to be speed demon to participate, all you have to do is enjoy a nice stroll through town.

Not only to you get the benefits of the great exercise, you are supporting Festival International. You also get a really cool t-shirt too. You can lie about your finishing time if you want to.

Just plan on being in downtown Lafayette on Saturday April 28 at 8:00 am. A 5k is 3.1 miles by the way and if you walk it should take about 45 minutes to complete. When you are finished you can hang around for some good food, great music and bask in the glow of knowing that you helped keep Festival International free and fun for everyone.
