10 Cheap Vacation Splurges

OK...most of us save up all year for our vacation...whether its to the Gulf Coast or the French Riviera. I've got 2 vacation savings accounts that are totally seperate from my other expenses...and I take them very seriously. I can cut back on other things but NOT my vacation!!!!  Whether its a massage, a spa, or even room service, I call these splurges "Cheap Thrills"....Enjoy, ya'll.
