I am very blessed to have two healthy children. I have a son who is 16 and a daughter who is 13 and thinks she is 25. I like to think that I am a good enough soul that I love them exactly for who they are and not what I think they should be. However, the question has been raised if you could choose the gender of your child, but you can only have one, which would you choose? Here is what a recent Gallup Survey suggests.

That brings me to an even better question. Many of you are further down the parental road than I am and you have had to deal with the experiences of raising both genders to adulthood. Which sex was easier to raise? I must admit I spend a lot more time parenting Anna than I do Jack, but I'm sure that could change in the blink of an eye. I would love to get your thoughts on which gender is responsible for the  most gray hair in your sink!
