Brilliant Halloween Prank [Video]

Halloween, a time for treats and of course some tricks. I would imagine come Tuesday morning some people in Acadiana will be waking up to the sight of toilet tissue in the trees. That's a prank we used to play, we weren't high tech and creative like these folks!

Who would have ever thought to leave a dummy dressed in a costume on someone's porch. I have to admit it would creep me out. Halloween creeps me out anyway I personally will be glad when all the scary stuff is over and we get down to the business of stealing candy from the kids trick or treat bags!
