Louisiana Ragin' Cajun athletic director Scott Farmer was a guest on ESPN1420 Tuesday afternoon with Jay Walker.

Among the many topics covered, football scheduling was a focus. Farmer revealed a non-conference opponent the Cajuns will play in 2015.

"Kentucky will be our one 'money game' next season," explained Farmer.

"Money game" refers to a single road game in which the opponent pays the road team a negotiated sum to come play at their venue. It's a common practice in college football.

Last week, Tim Buckley of The Daily Advertiser reported that Ole Miss paid Louisiana $925,000 for last Saturday's matchup.

Farmer has been clear about the school's mindset in regards to guaranteed money games, as the Cajuns will play 1 per season.

Two other non-conference games scheduled for 2015 include a home game versus
Akron and a road game in Ruston against Louisiana Tech.

Next season's game in Lexington will mark the first ever matchup between the Cajuns and Wildcats on the gridiron. The game is scheduled for September 5th, 2015.

Louisiana is 0-38 all-time against SEC schools.
