A lot of folks may not know this, but when Reba McEntire played Lafayette's Cajundome last year, that wasn't her only show at the venue. The day before, she recorded a live concert special.
Country sweetheart Miranda Lambert has been in the news a good bit lately, and most of the headlines have revolved around the personal tragedies she’s encountered in the past couple of weeks. The ‘Baggage Claim’ singer had to deal with the death of her father-in-law, her childhood friend and even her beloved dog, Dixie. Though Lambert has been dealing with these losses, she kept most of her On Fire Tour in tact, but the emotion of everything overcame her at a Huntsville, Ala. show Thursday night. There, Lamber broke down crying in the middle of her nostalgic hit ‘The House That Built Me.’

A man who has won many awards as a lead singer of the popular rock group Staind now needs to make room to have a few country trophies! Aaron Lewis of Staind released his ‘Town Line’ EP in 2011, and he’s now nominated for awards in the Academy of Country Music.
