Dixie Chicks Announce 2016 US Tour

One of the biggest selling bands in history is reuniting for a 2016 world tour. The Dixie Chicks will cover over 40 cities in the USA and Canada, beginning in June 1, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and ending up October 10 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Tickets for the  upcoming DCX MMXVI World Tour are already on sale, and It looks like the closest they will come to Louisiana is Friday, August 5 in Dallas, and Saturday, August 6 in Houston. They had previously announced a European tour for 2016.

It's been a minute since the Chicks toured the United States, and it will certainly be interesting to see if their country music fans will buy tickets to go see them after Natalie Maines' controversial comments about President George Bush in 2003.
