Tuesday night, Lafayette Police found two people hiding in a school bus outside of Northside High. According to KATC, one of those two people is a suspect in the shooting of a 16-year-old in East Baton Rouge.

"Lafayette police received information that Brian Holliday may be hiding in the area and dispatched officers and police dogs to Northside High, Cpl. Paul Mouton said. They found Holliday and 17-year-old Danielle Anderson allegedly hiding in a school bus.

Holliday allegedly pulled a handgun during an argument in the 1400 block of Jasper Avenue at about 4 p.m., and shot a teen once in the torso, according to Holliday's arrest warrant. Paramedics transported the teen to a nearby hospital with with life-threatening injuries."

Both were booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on counts of simple burglary. Brian Holiday was charged with quite a bit more stemming from the situation Baton Rouge. For more about this story, head over to KATC.
