Edwin Edwards to Marry On Friday

Former LA Governor Edwin Edwards will marry Tina Grimes Scott this Friday in New Orleans, one day before his 84th birthday. Despite the 51 year age difference, Edwards seems to relish his life with Scott outside of the federal corrections institute that was his home for the last 10 years. The location of the wedding remains a secret at the time. Whatever you think of our former governor, he's a huge part of Louisiana history, and we wish him well in the future.
