Erin Andrews Suing Marriott Hotels For $75 Million in Peeping Tom Lawsuit
We all remember the terrible incident that television personality Erin Andrews endured back in 2008 in which a peeping tom secretly videotaped her in her hotel room in Nashville. She is seeking justice in the case, to the tune of $75 million!
The "Dancing With the Stars" host and Fox Sports reporter has just filed an amendment to her 2011 lawsuit against Marriott Hotels.
As you may recall, Michael Barrett put a camera in the peep hole of her hotel room door and recorded her while she was nude. Andrews sued Marriott, claiming its employees were negligent in giving Barrett the room next to hers, at his request.
The case will go to trial next year but her attorneys wanted her to be specific in what she is seeking.
