The Knights of Columbus Council 3425 in New Iberia is hosting this year's Labor Day Fishing Rodeo at Cypremort Point State Park.
Participants can choose between the Inside Division, Kayak Division, or Kids Division, and compete to win cash prizes (adult divisions only). Scales open from noon till 6pm Saturday, followed by the Fais Do Do. Scales re-open Sunday for a last weigh-up noon till 4pm. Awards are to be given out at 5pm Sunday.
Vendors will be on site to provide food and drinks.
