Baby Boot Camp Community Event

The Baby Boot Camp event hopes to educate local moms on how to keep their families healthy with better food choices and exercise. The event is sponsored by Baby Boot Camp-Lafayette, My Food Coach, The Backpacker and The Fresh Market. Baby Boot Camp will be in River Ranch Tuesday, October 16 at 9 am. and all participants are asked to bring a stroller, drinking water and meet in front of The Backpacker. (Children under 5 years old are invited to attend with their parents.)

The fitness class will take place from 9:15-10:15 and will be followed by a grocery store tour at The Fresh Market let by Daphne Olivier with My Food Coach. The tour is geared towards mothers who want to increase the nutrition in their household by purchasing foods that not only taste good, but are good for the body.
